IPTV Ireland respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

1. Our Principle

Authors, production studios, distribution companies, and license holders own the rights to what they create. IPTV Ireland follows the framework set by the DMCA. Every complaint we receive is read by a person and evaluated on its content, not treated as a routine process.

2. Required Information

To process your complaint, please include the following four parts in a single message:

• Part 1 – Your Details: Full name or organisation name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
• Part 2 – The Work in Question: Identify the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed, with sufficient detail for identification. If acting on behalf of the rights holder, confirm your authorisation.
• Part 3 – Location of Infringing Material: Provide exact URLs, designations, or descriptions of where the material can be found. Screenshots are helpful.
• Part 4 – Legal Statements: A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and a statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable). Include your signature (handwritten or electronic).

3. Process After Receipt

Each notification follows the same short path:

• Receipt: Your complaint enters our copyright queue. Using the subject line below ensures it is seen by the responsible person.
• Review: Our team verifies the notification for completeness and coherence, and confirms receipt.
• Action: If the claim holds up, we take appropriate action and escalate to the upstream provider immediately.

Processing time: Complete and substantiated notices are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.

4. Unfounded Notifications

Section 512(f) of the DMCA carries real weight. Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs incurred by the other party. If in doubt, seek legal advice before submitting a notice.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification including:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction of the competent courts
• Your signature (handwritten or electronic)
